A Few Applications:

Vertical Toasters

Master Cast has been providing heated aluminum castings for toasters since 1969.  We work hand in hand with some of the largest foodservice equipment manufactures in North America to optimize the toasting process and provide the perfect amount of heat. Aluminum casting offer even heat distribution and provide a perfect surface temperature.

Clamshell  Grills

Master Cast is currently working with two of the major suppliers of clamshell grill manufacturers to provide castings for both the electric and the gas model versions.  Our in-house machining capabilities allow us to control the very tight machined tolerances, and we also offer nickel plating to meet the rigorous demands of the grill if required.

Griddles

Master Cast heated aluminum castings are the optimal heat source for both electric and gas griddles.  The aluminum acts as a perfect heat sink and dissipates the heat to offer an even griddle surface temperature.  We work with many commercial foodservice equipment manufacturers to offer the best heated casting on the market.
