OUR METALWORKING PROCESSES:
For Pipe cutting – Process of different thicknesses and materials (black steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel, aluminum and various alloys) that is carried out through the application of laser beam technology with the latest generation equipment of the AMADA brand; includes the programming that it is carried out with controls from the FANUC brand.
For Sheet and plate – Cutting process of different thicknesses and materials (black steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel, aluminum and various alloys) that is carried out through the application of laser beam technology with state-of-the-art equipment of the AMADA brand includes the programming carried out with FANUC brand controls. For the control of these processes in dimensions, lengths and diameters, electronic measuring tools are mainly calibrated with international traceability.
Process of cutting and enabling sheet and plate in blanks, to make the squaring required for the processing of precision parts more efficient, carried out by means of CNC programming equipment of the DURMA brand. For the control of these processes in dimensions, lengths and squareness, calibrated electronic measuring tools with international traceability are mainly used.
Sheet and plate cutting process of different thicknesses and materials (black steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel, aluminum and various alloys) that is carried out by applying turret punching with up to 70 stations, we also have the VIPROS 358 KING model With automatic loader and last generation equipment of the AMADA brand, it includes the programming that is carried out with controls of the FANUC brand, likewise, special and standard tools of the brands, AMADA and MATE are used.
Processing of sheet and plate bending by means of different pressure equipment of the DURMA brand of which the programming is applied through the application of CNC-type controls for the effect of the tools, punches and dies required for the operation, the brands AMADA and European-style WILA. For the control of these processes in angles, calibrated electronic measuring tools with international traceability are mainly used.
Process of mechanical assembly of components (insertion) by applying pneumatic pressure with equipment from the PEM serter brand. Hardware from recognized brands such as PEM Engineering is used, currently it has equipment of the 4 series and the 2000 series, for the verification of the assembly of components, mechanical tests are carried out with specialized equipment and measurements with electronic equipment of the MITUTOYO brand.
Profile deformation process using a horizontal type DURMA brand rolling machine, rolling of thin gauges 20 – 24 is also performed. For the purpose of process measurement of these parts, electronic equipment is used calibrated and certified through international traceability.
Process for joining sheet parts and sheet components such as screws, by molecular exchange (sheet with sheet by spotting and projection welding, screw and nuts to sheet) “peeling,” which allow us to assure the joints are of the highest quality. Our equipment is controlled by programmable digital PLC type controllers.
We have developed processes for the application of electrostatic coatings with internationally recognized maquiladoras located in Monterrey, Nuevo León. There are certified product and process verification laboratories, which follow international validation procedures.
